Overview
EQUALIZ(R) is operated by Global Air U. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete information when you use the EQUALIZ(R) platform, including the dashboard, Co-Brain, Co-Pilot, Daily Briefing, Live Intel, file uploads, Custom GPTs, workflow agents, and optional connected services.
Information we collect
- Account information such as your name, email address, organization, role, and login details.
- Profile and workspace information you add to your Co-Brain, including business context, preferences, notes, and saved working memory.
- Usage information such as feature usage, connection status, activity logs, error logs, and operational diagnostics.
- Files and text you choose to upload for Co-Brain drafting, extraction, or review.
- Information from connected services, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Slack, Sybill, or other tools, only when you connect those services and authorize access.
How we use information
- To provide EQUALIZ(R) features such as Daily Briefing, Co-Pilot, Live Intel, Custom GPT activation prompts, workflow agents, and Co-Brain drafting.
- To personalize outputs based on the context you choose to provide.
- To maintain account security, monitor system health, troubleshoot errors, and prevent abuse.
- To improve product quality, reliability, and user experience.
- To communicate service updates, support responses, and important account notices.
Google user data and connected services
If you connect Google services, EQUALIZ(R) uses authorized Google user data only to provide the features you request. For example, Gmail data may be used to prepare a Daily Briefing, identify reply items, or summarize relevant work context. Google Drive data may be used to surface recent files, support briefing context, or help build and improve your Co-Brain when you choose to use those files.
EQUALIZ(R) does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, does not use Google user data to build advertising profiles, and does not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you request support, give permission, or access is required for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Google user data sharing and disclosure
We share, transfer, or disclose Google user data only in limited circumstances needed to operate EQUALIZ(R):
- With infrastructure providers that host the application, database, authentication, storage, logging, and security systems.
- With AI processing providers only when needed to generate a user-requested output, such as a briefing, Co-Brain summary, agent prompt, Custom GPT activation prompt, or other feature you choose to run.
- With support or security personnel only when you request help, authorize access, or when access is necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce our terms.
- With third parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, Global Air U, or the public.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for their independent marketing, advertising, or unrelated product development. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google connection control
You can disconnect Google services from the Connections page or revoke access through your Google account settings. Once disconnected, EQUALIZ(R) stops using that connection for new syncs or new feature requests.
Data protection mechanisms for sensitive data
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect sensitive data, including Google user data, connected-service tokens, uploaded files, Co-Brain content, and account information.
- Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS for data sent between your browser, EQUALIZ(R), Google services, and service providers.
- Managed database and storage protections, including access controls, authenticated sessions, and row-level security where applicable.
- Restricted internal access based on least privilege, so only authorized personnel or systems can access production data when necessary.
- Server-side handling of connected-service tokens and secrets; tokens are not intentionally exposed in public browser code.
- Operational logging, monitoring, and abuse-prevention controls designed to identify errors, suspicious activity, and unauthorized access attempts.
- Vendor review and service-provider controls so subprocessors are used only to deliver, secure, monitor, or support the EQUALIZ(R) service.
File uploads and Co-Brain content
Uploaded files are used to extract useful text and draft suggestions for your review. EQUALIZ(R) does not blindly overwrite your Co-Brain. You review and approve suggested updates before they are applied. You may delete uploaded files or request deletion of account data by contacting us.
Sharing and subprocessors
We may share information with trusted service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, database, authentication, AI processing, analytics, monitoring, email delivery, and support infrastructure. These providers process information only to deliver services to EQUALIZ(R) and are not permitted to use your information for their own unrelated purposes.
We may also share information if you direct us to do so, if it is needed to complete a transaction or support request, if the platform is involved in a merger or business transfer, or if disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent abuse.
Data retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our terms. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at admin@globalairu.com.
Google user data retention
- Google OAuth tokens are retained only while your Google connection is active and needed to provide connected features.
- When you disconnect a Google account, revoke Google access, or request deletion, we stop new Google syncs for that connection.
- Cached Google user data used for briefings, summaries, or temporary processing is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for the requested feature, unless you intentionally save the resulting summary, task, or Co-Brain content in your workspace.
- User-approved outputs, such as Co-Brain entries, saved briefings, prompts, or notes that were created using Google context, may remain in your workspace until you delete them or request deletion.
- Backups, security logs, and audit records may persist for a limited period after deletion for security, fraud prevention, disaster recovery, or legal compliance, and are removed according to our backup and retention practices.
Deletion requests
You can request access, correction, export, deletion, or account closure by contacting admin@globalairu.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Where possible, deletion requests are processed within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or legitimate operational reasons.
Security
No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to protect user information through access controls, secure development practices, production monitoring, token protection, and limiting access to sensitive operational data.
